Earlier this month, members of the DREAM (Drug-Related Education Awareness Mentors) Team, Youth Ambassadors, and Lopez Island Prevention Coalition conducted a Sticker Shock event at Lopez Village Market.  The team attached bright blue stickers to alcohol products in the store, reminding adults that it is illegal to purchase and provide alcohol to minors.  By participating in this project, these Lopez youth took a proactive stand against underage drinking and its related problems and asked for community support in their efforts.
